摘　　要：主要通过专题小组访谈和个人深入访谈方法,揭示了北京三级医院内部绩效评价体系现状与2种基本模式,即在岗位描述基础上考核业绩完成情况的绩效评价模式和以收支结余(药品不参与计算)为基础的奖金分配作为重点的绩效评价模式,探讨了医院内部绩效评价的实质与适用条件。It announces the status quo and two primary modes of internal performance evaluation system of grade III hospitals in Beijing, mainly using focus group interview and in-depth interview, and discusses the substance and applicable condition of hospital＇s internal performance evaluation. The modes are performance evaluation with assessing achievements basing on post describing mode and performance evaluation focus of wage system basing on surplus of incoming and outgoing （the pharmaceuticals are not participatory computing） mode.
