摘　　要：介绍了De—Smet履带浸出器、脱溶机、粕干燥冷却器的结构、设备特点、操作参数等，并对运行过程中出现的问题进行了分析，提出了解决问题的方案。引进设备经过近3年的生产实践和实际操作，运行情况良好，豆粕残油0．6％～0．8％，残溶0．025％。The structure, feature and operational parameters of the belt type extractor, desolventiser and meal＇ s dryer-cooler of De - Smet were introduced, the problems occurred during the operation of these equipments and countermeasures were also described. The production practice for 3 years showed that these equipments run well,the residual oil and residual solvent in the soybean meal was 0.6% -0.8% and 0. 025% , respectively.
