摘 要:在耦合闪蒸装置的管式反应器中,以大豆油为原料,采用连续超临界甲醇法制备生物柴油的同时绝热闪蒸回收甲醇,考察了醇油摩尔比、反应温度、反应压力、反应时间以及闪蒸压力对大豆油转化率、甲醇回收率及气相中甲醇含量的影响。结果显示:醇油摩尔比50∶1,反应温度350℃,反应压力15 MPa,反应时间1 000 s是最佳的反应条件,在该条件下油脂转化率可达90%;在最佳的反应条件及闪蒸压力为0.2MPa条件下,甲醇回收率可达93%,气相中甲醇含量达98.8%。该工艺实现了甲醇的分离循环使用与热能的综合利用。In a tubular reactor coupled with flash vessel, continuous preparation of biodiesel and continuous recovery of methanol via adiabatic flashing were investigated with soybean oil as raw material in supercritical methanol. The effects of molar ratio of methanol to oil, reaction pressure, reaction temperature and reaction time on oil conversion were studied, at the same time, the influences of the above conditions and flashing pressure on methanol recovery and the content of methanol in gas phase were discussed. The results showed that the oil conversion reached 90% under the optimal conditions of molar ratio of methanol to oil 50 : 1, reaction temperature 350℃, reaction pressure 15 MPa and reaction time 1 000 s. Under the optimal conditions and 0.2 MPa of flashing pressure, the methanol recovery and the methanol content in gas phase was 93% and 98.8% ,respectively.
