摘 要:采用硫酸镓为催化剂合成了食用防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、带水剂种类及用量等因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,硫酸镓具有催化活性高,易分离回收,操作简单,后处理方便等优势。硫酸镓是合成对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯高效、经济且环境友好的催化剂,有一定工业化应用前景。适宜反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸0.05 mol,醇酸物质的量比6,催化剂2.0 g,甲苯10 mL,反应时间8 h,产物收率达96.6%。Isobutyl p-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized from p-hydroxybenzoic acid and isobutyl alcohol by using gallium sulfate as the catalyst. The effects of amount of the catalyst, reaction time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and different carrying water agents on recovery rate of product were investigated. Experi- mental results showed that the catalyst had high catalytic activity in the reaction, and was insoluble in reaction system and easy to post treatment process. It was the efficient, economic and environmental friendly catalyst. The best conditions were p-hydroxybenzoic acid 0.05 mol, molar ratio of alcohol to acid 6,the catalyst 2.0 g,toluene 10 mL and reaction time 8 h. The yield could reach 96.6%.
