不同人工栖息环境对克氏原螯虾越冬的影响

摘　　要：研究了克氏原螯虾在水泥池和网箱两种不同人工栖息环境下的越冬效果。在水泥池中,以石棉瓦和水花生共同作为克氏原螯虾的越冬环境,其成活率为96.46%;仅以水花生作为越冬环境的成活率为4.24%;没有石棉瓦和水花生的成活率为3.68%,表明以石棉瓦和水花生作为人工洞穴能让克氏原螯虾顺利越冬。在池塘网箱中,以水花生作为克氏原螯虾的越冬环境,其成活率为91.74%,以水葫芦作为克氏原螯虾的越冬环境,成活率为69.93%,未设水草的为50.28%,表明网箱中铺设水草更有利于克氏原螯虾越冬,其中以水花生为最好。The experiment studied the effects on the survival rate of Procambarus clarkii in the cement pits and in net cages during overwintering.In the cement pits,the survival rate of Procambarus clarkii which overwintered in the asbestos tiles achieved 96.46%,but the alligator weed was only 4.24% and no setting was 3.68%.This indicated that the artificial environment could let the Procambarus clarkii overwinter smoothly.In the net cages,the survival rate of Procambarus clarkii was 91.74% in the alligator weed,in the water hyacinth waterweed it was 69.93%,and no waterweed was 50.28%.This indicated that the net cages which laid down the water plant was more advantageous for the Procambarus clarkii overwinter.The alligator weed was the best choice.
