摘　　要：目的对消化系统恶性肿瘤进行分类构成分析,为肿瘤的预防和控制提供依据。方法利用某院病案统计室住院病案首页信息,依据国际疾病分类(ICD-10)的分类原则进行统计。结果消化系统恶性肿瘤男性比女性多见,尤其是食管癌和胃癌。肿瘤发生部位前3位男性为胃、直肠和结肠,女性为胃、结肠和直肠。结论应加强对消化系统恶性肿瘤的防治工作,提高居民健康水平,改善病人预后,提高生命质量。Objective To classify malignant tumors in the digestive system and provide the basis for prevention and control of tumors. Methods The information in the front sheets in a hospital was analyzed following the principles of International Classification of Diseases （ICD- 10）. Results The proportion of men with digestive system malignancies is more than that of women, especially the esophagus and stomach cancer. The top three of tumors sites for men are stomach, rectum and colon, but for female, are stomach, colon and rectum. Conclusions The prevention and treatment of malignant tumors of digestive system should be strengthened, and we should improve the physique of the residents, and raise rite of the prognosis of patients so that we can improve their quality of life.
