摘 要:针对纸箱印刷机送纸机构速度和压印滚筒速度不同步而造成的多色套印不准问题,采用了实数编码的遗传算法对纸箱印刷机送纸机构进行了优化设计。首先以复数矢量法建立了纸箱印刷机送纸机构的运动方程,在此基础上采用实数编码的遗传算法对主要参数进行了优化,并用Working Model软件对优化结果进行仿真。仿真结果表明优化后的机构能够明显提高送纸机构的速度,使送纸机构最大速度与压印滚筒速度同步,从而解决了多色套印不准问题,提高了纸箱生产质量和效率。Optimum design of feeding mechanism of carton printer was carried out using adaptive GA and real number code to solve the problem of inaccurate multicolor overprint by different velocities of paper feeding mechanism and impression cylinder. The motion equations of paper feeding mechanism of the print- er were set up with the method of complex vector. Key parameters were optimized using adaptive GA and real number code. The result of optimization was simulated by Working Model software. The result showed that the paper feeding mechanism can keep pace with impression cylinder, solve the problem of in- accurate multicolor overprint, and improve the quality and efficiency of carton production.
