摘　　要：临床实践教学基地建设与管理工作是高等医学院校教学工作的重要组成部分,学校突出临床实践教学基地建设地位;完善临床实践教学基地建设管理制度;加强基地的基本教学设施建设、师资队伍建设和制度建设;强化临床实践教学基地组织、教学和经费管理,提高了毕业实习质量和水平。The construction and management working of clinical practice teaching base is an important component of the western medical colleges and universities. The colleges and universities highlights the status of clinical practice teaching base construction, such as improving construction management system of clinical practice teaching base, strengthening the basic teaching facilities construction, the teachers troop construction and the system construction of clinical practice teaching base, strengthening the organization, teaching and funds management of the clinical practice teaching base and improving the quality and level of graduation practice.
