安徽省大规模白内障防盲手术患者分布状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解大规模白内障复明项目中手术患者的分布特点,为今后的防盲工作提供科学的数据。方法统计2008年安徽省17个地市实施的民生工程贫困白内障患者复明手术患者10218例,记录性别、年龄及相关术前检查数据。结果10218例患者(10218眼)接受了贫困白内障患者复明手术,其中男4020例,女6198例,年龄5-103(平均年龄71岁)。手术眼中右眼4973例,左眼5245例。结论贫困白内障患者复明工程惠及安徽省各地市,患者手术左右眼别分布无统计学差异,男、女性别及年龄组分布有统计学差异:女性患者明显多与男性患者,61-80岁手术患者占手术总人数的75.7%,因此目前60岁以上人群应是我们防盲工作的重点实施与监测人群。Objective To investigate the distribution of patients in large-scale cataract surgery for prevention of blindness and provide scientific data for the future project of prevention blindness. Methods A total of 10218 patients from the people＇s Livelihood Projects of Anhui Province in 2008 were studied. The sex, age, preoperative data were recorded respectively. Results Among of all patients, male 4020 cases, female 6198 cases. Age was 5-103 years old （average 71 years old）. There were 4973 cases in right and 5245 cases in left eyes in this study. Conclusion The distribution of eyes in right or left eye were no statistical difference. The obvious difference in sex and ages： females more than males,61-80 years old in 75.7%.The patients in over 60 year-old should be the focal point of surgery and survey in the prevention of blindness.
