摘  要:柔性机构的拓扑优化主要分为连续体优化和离散体优化,连续体优化的全局性优化形状比较好,但是优化出来的形状有不规则,表面不光滑等缺点。而离散体结构拓扑优化可以解决加工的缺点,但初始形状对结构的拓扑形状影响很大,笔者将两者的优化方法结合起来,以机翼后缘为例,通过SIMP法优化出的拓扑形状,采用遗传算法(GA)进行机翼的二次优化,得到了质量更轻,更易加工且变形效果好的优化解。The topology optimization of compliant mechanism is mainly divided into continuum and discrete structure optimization. The global optimization shape of continuum optimization is of shapeliness with the disadvantage of irregular and unsmoothed shape and discrete structure optimization can improve imperfect manufacture with the disadvantage of great influence on structural topology shape by the original shape. This paper combines the two optimization methods together and adopts genetic algorithm (GA) to make quadratic optimization on swing with the example of trailing edge through optimizing topology shape by solid isotropic material with penalization (SIMP) and obtains the optimal solution which is of lighter weight, easier processing and better morphing effect.
