摘　　要：针对人工林木材的特点,采用不同的预处理方法改善木材渗透性,并选取不同染料探索较优的染色方案。结果表明:汽蒸-微波预处理后,采用碱性染料对其进行染色,染色工艺为真空度0.09 MPa下保持2 h后,常压浸泡12h,再在压力为1.5 MPa下保持7 h时,染色效果较好。Based on the characteristic of plantation wood, through the different pretreatments to change wood permeability and the different dyers, a relative good dyeing process was identified after the orthogonal test. The experimental results showed that using basic dyes, maintaining 2 hours under 0.09 MPa degree in a vacuum after pre-steaming, and soaking 12 hours under atmospheric pressure, finally specimens were dyed 7 hours under the pressure of 1.2 MPa.
