摘 要:为拓宽竹醋液的用途以及开发高效低毒型竹材保护剂,进行了竹醋原液以及竹醋液制剂对木材霉菌的抑菌性研究。结果表明:竹醋原液对三种木材霉菌的抑菌率为99%,但不具有抑菌性。针对于此,自行研制开发了PW1、PW2、PW3三种竹醋液制剂,其抑菌性能显著增强;竹醋液制剂处理竹材后,其防霉性能明显提高。The authors studied bamboo vinegar preservative performance and mold prevention on selected wood molds. The goal was to improve performance and develop the most efficient preservative with lowest toxicity for wood and bamboo. The results showed that bamboo vinegar was 99% effective at sterilizing bacterium fungi even when diluted to 10% strength. The antifungal action was greatly improved by adding active components. Treated bamboo products had improved antifungal performance and could meet Grade 4 requirements using only raw bamboo vinegar, C-rade3 with PWl coating , Grade 2 with PW2 dipping or PW3 dipping, Grade 1 with PWl dipping and PW2 coating, and Grade 0 with PW3 coating.
