摘  要:目前的带式输送机监控系统显示的是数字、曲线或者二维图形,无法直观反应井下带式输送机的真实工作状况,不能满足井下带式输送机远程监控的需求。为了真实再现井下带式输送机的工作状态,运用三维虚拟现实平台Virtools及其SDK二次开发功能,并通过对归档数据库SQL Server的实时访问,对带式输送机的虚拟样机进行实时驱动,实现带式输送机运行状态的真实再现以及远程监控。The traditional remote monitoring systems of the underground belt conveyor display data, curves or planar figures, which couldn't reflect the real working status of the belt and satisfy the requirements of the remote monitoring. In order to reappear the working status of the belt, three- dimension virtual reality platform Virtools and its Software Development Kit are applied to build the virtual prototype of the belt, and its virtual prototype was driven by reading the real data in the archive database SQL Server. Finally the real reappearance and control of the belt are carried out.
