摘　　要：实验教学队伍建设对于培养创新人才有着重要作用。在分析实验教学队伍建设的现状及其原因的基础上，提出找准定位、更新观念、改革管理体制、加强实验队伍建设等措施。The construction of experiment teaching team plays an important role in training innovative talents. Based on the analysis of present situation of experiment teaching team and produced reasons, the measures to strengthen the construction of experiment teaching team were put forward, including clearing location, renewing ideas and reforming the management system.
