智齿冠周炎患者病因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的统计分析智齿冠周炎患者的病因,为智齿冠周炎患者进行健康教育指导提供依据。方法随机统计来我院门诊就诊的300例智齿冠周炎患者,观察智齿冠周炎发生的原因及其处理办法,并对结果进行统计分析。结果智齿冠周炎患者中以智齿垂直阻生最多见,占总数的70.33%,其中78.67%的患者智齿远中有龈瓣。结论智齿垂直阻生且远中有龈瓣是引起智齿冠周炎的主要病因,护士应向患者多进行健康教育宣传,可建议患者预防性切除智齿远中龈瓣,减少智齿冠周炎的发生。Objective To provide guidance on health education for patients with perieoronitis. Methods The causes of perieoronitis in 300 outpatients at random were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results There are 77.33% patients of the total who suffered from wisdom teeth vertical impaction,of which 53% of the patients＇ wisdom teeth have distal gingival. Conclusions Because the main cause of pericoronitis is wisdom teeth vertical impaction and distal gingival,nurses should always help promote the general level of oral health awareness and recommend prophylacticly cut off distal gingival to reduce the possibility of pericoronitis oecurrence.
