摘　　要：介绍了水产品中氯霉素残留检测分析方法的研究进展,并阐述了各检测方法的特点及检出限,以期为水产品氯霉素残留检测提供参考。In the paper,the research development of detecting and analyzing chloramphenicol residual methods was introduced. Characteristics and detection limits of several methods were summarized,which could give reference for detecting of chlorarnphenicol residual.
