摘  要:目的:探讨2种不同的植入方式对支抗微植体与骨组织间界面改建情况的影响。方法:采用成年青紫蓝兔为实验对象建立动物实验模型,8周后处死动物截取带微植体的胫骨组织标本分别进行HE染色观察及BMP-2的免疫组化染色观察,采用析因分析的方法以BMP-2的平均灰度值以及阳性细胞个数为指标,对BMP-2染色强度进行分析。结果:在HE染色切片上,加载及未加载的自攻钉骨界面可以明显地观察到成骨细胞、破骨细胞,但在经过同样处理的助攻钉周围,较多地观察到炎症、破骨细胞以及骨痂。即刻加载及自攻植入的微植体骨界面均有显著增强的BMP-2平均灰度值和阳性表达的细胞,相对于助攻方式,两者间的差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01);植入方式和加载与否这两因素的交互作用对2指标均无显著性影响,其差别都不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自攻型微植体比助攻型微植体更容易诱导成骨,对组织的损伤也相对较小。即刻加载1.96 N的力不会对微植体的稳定性产生不良影响,反而更加促进微植体与骨组织间骨整合的形成。jective:To compare the influence of two implant modalities on the interface remodeling between the orthodontic microimplant and bone tissues.Methods:The ripe and healthy chinchilla rabbits were chosen as the experimental model.We dissected shinbone with microimplants when the rabbits were killed in 8 weeks and selected the specimens to observe their slices by HE staining and BMP-2 immunohistochemistry staining.Factor analysis was used to analyze the result of the BMP-2 immunohistochemistry staining,which the average gray scales and the number of masculine cell were chosen as the index.Results:Both the loaded and unloaded self-drilling implant group,we can observe obviously the osteoblasts,osteoclasts in the slices of HE staining of bone interface.But the loaded and unloaded self-tapping implant group,we could only easily observe the inflammation,osteoclasts and osteotylus.Both the self-drilling group and immediately loaded group,we observed the enchanced the BMP-2 average gray scale and increased the number of masculine cell,there are statistic significant difference compared with the self-tapping implant group(P〈0.01).The interaction had no influence on both the average gray scale and the number of masculine cell between the microimplant implant modalities and the loaded status,and the difference had no statistics meaning(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The osseointegration can obtain more easily in the self-drilling implant group than in the self-tapping implant group,and also there are less harm to the bone tissues.The immediately loaded 1.96 N force has no side effects on the stability of the implant,meanwhile,the loading status enhances the osseointegration
