头影测量预测前方牵引器疗效的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:筛选可预测上颌前牵引治疗Ⅲ类错效果的头影测量变量。方法:73例满足于筛选条件的Ⅲ类错患者按治疗结果分为2组:成功组和失败组。对全部头颅侧位片进行测量,利用统计软件进行判别分析,选出2组有判别意义的变量,及相应变量的常数,生成判别式。结果:成功组与失败组的ANB分别为(-1.82±2.11)°和(-4.61±3.26)°,U1-NA分别为(24.90±6.05)°和(32.41±6.50)°,U1-SN分别为(105.18±5.45)°和(110.83±6.83)°,Upper lip分别为(-1.25±2.08)mm和(-4.77±2.54)mm,ANS-Me分别为(32.41±6.94)°和(57.83±5.54)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:判别公式为IS=0.097(ANS-Me)+0.093(U1-SN)-0.460(Upper lip)-16.605,判别的临界值为0。Objective：To choose some cephalometric variables for early predicting curative effects of facial mask.Methods：Sixty five patients in success group and eight patients in failure group were chosen,whose cephalograms taken in the mixed dentition were available.The cephalograms were measured,the indexes were analyzed and discriminant equation was established.Results：The mean value of ANB was（-1.82±2.11）° in success group and（-4.61±3.26）° in failure group（P〈0.05）;The mean value of U1-NA was（24.90±6.05）° and（32.41±6.50）°,respectively（P〈0.05）.The mean value of U1-SN was（105.18±5.45）° and（110.83±6.83）°,respectively（P〈0.05）.The mean value of Upper lip was（-1.25±2.08） mm and（-4.77±2.54） mm,respectively（P〈0.05）.The mean value of ANS-Me was（32.41±6.94）° and（57.83±5.54）°,respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The discriminant equation is：IS=0.097（ANS-Me）＋0.093（U1-SN）-0.460（Upper lip）-16.605,When IS〈0,greater success in early treatment is expected and when IS〉0,failure in early treatment need more comprehensive treatment project.
