摘　　要：目的:分析骨钉在正畸失败或复发病例进行二次矫治中的应用。方法:总结近4年来20例正畸矫治失败或复发病例的再矫治情况。结果:除9例轻度复发者通过活动或固定矫治器进行简单矫治外,其余11例均通过减数一组磨牙和骨钉的应用得以矫治。结论:通过减数一组磨牙和骨钉的应用,使再矫治病例取得满意效果。Objective：To conclude the application of molar extraction and micro-screws in orthodontic recurance cases. Method：Summarize 20 orthodontic recurance cases in last four years. Result：11 cases were treated by molar extraction and the application of micro-screws,while the rest cases of slight recurance were treated by simple re-treatment of removoble or fixed applicance. Conclusion：By molar extraction and the applicaton of micro-screws as skeletal anchorage,the result of orthodontic re-treatment is satisfying.
