摘 要:[目的]探讨微卫星位点D8S1179、D21S11和D18S51的多态性及与精神分裂症相关的易感基因位点。[方法]对57例精神分裂症患者和62名随机人群采用PE Profiler plus系统进行PCR复合扩增,然后用ABI公司的310型基因分析仪自动进行电泳分离和基因检测。[结果]精神分裂症组D8S1179-14的检出率为30.7%,对照组检出率为19.5%,两者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);D21S11、D18S51位点的各等位基因频率的检出率在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经吻合度检验,3个微卫星标记上各等位基因频率的分布,均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。[结论]D8S1179-14位点可能与精神分裂症发病有关。[Objective] To explore a genetic relationship between HLA loci including D8S1179,D21S11,D18S51and schizophrenia.[ Methods] DNA samples were collected from patients with schizophrenia(n=57) and random population(n=62) in China.The D8S1179,D21S11 and D18S51,three short tandem repeats,were determined with the STR Profiler Plus PCR amplification kit.[Results] Frequency of D8S1179-14 in schizophrenia group(F=30.7%) was higher than that in control group(F=19.5%)(P〈0.05).There were no significant difference in frequencies of D21S11 and D18S51 between the schizophrenia group and the control group(P〉0.05).No deviations from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium were observed.[Conclusion] Gene associated with susceptibility to schizophrenia may exist in the microsatellite marker region D8S1179-14 of the chromosome 8.
