摘 要:目的探讨目标管理模式应用于护理本科生临床护理管理实习的效果,为寻找可行的临床护理管理实习方法提供依据。方法制定以管理要素、护理管理流程、护理质量管理重点环节相结合的护理管理实习目标体系,应用于45名本科护生的护理管理实习。结果护生对护理管理实习的满意度评分达63.49±11.76,总体满意率达93.33%,对管理的概念、要素、重点环节等的满意度>90.00%。结论目标管理模式能够提高本科护生护理管理实习的效果,并为临床带教老师提供了良好的教学依据和标准。Objective To explore the effect of Management by Objective (MBO) mode which was applied in undergraduate nursing students' clinical practice of nursing administration, and to find an optimal method for undergraduate nursing students to practice nursing management in clinical situation. Methods MBO mode, including essential factors of management, the process of management. and important steps of management, was built up and applied in 45 undergraduate nursing students' clinical practice of nursing administration. Results Nursing students showed considerable satisfaction with MBO mode, with the score of satisfaction being (63.49±11.76) points and the overall satisfaction rate reaching 93.33%. More than 90.00% of the students were satisfied with such contents as the concept, factors, and important steps of management. Conclusion MBO mode can boost the practice results of nursing management internship for undergraduate nursing students, and it also provides clinical teachers with excellent teaching basis and standards.
