摘　　要：本文介绍了各类心血管新药的临床试验进展,分析了新药临床试验的特点,即新的药物靶点层出不穷,新作用机制和新的药物分子不断涌现;多重危险因素的联合控制,联合用药的观念催生复方药物的开发;加强心血管新药临床实验方法学的研究。This article introduces the progress in clinical trials for cardio-vascular newdrugs in recent years,and analysis the main characteristics of these clinical trials.The main contents of this article including：the new drug target is emerging followed by the new mechanisms and newmolecular drugs,the clinical trials results have shown that the reduction of the cardiovascular risk is benefit more from the combined control multi -risk -factors than using single drug.Because of these results the development of the fixed dose combination drugs are rapid. The article emphasized the methodology research in cardiology clinical trials.
