综合性大学培养复合型园艺人才初探

摘　　要：新时期为了适应知识经济快速发展以及社会竞争力日益激烈,综合性大学有必要培养基础理论知识宽厚、具有较强科研能力的基础型人才和学科交叉、知识综合、适应面广的复合型园艺人才。同时综合性大学应利用内外优势,从课程设置、实践教学、毕业论文设计等方面提出相关对策培养园艺专业的复合型人才。In order to accommodate the development of knowledge economy and the social competence ,it was necessary that the wide received knowledge and the scientific colleges. The interhal and external advantages were made full use and the measures of training interdisciplinary talent were put forward in curriculum design ,practice teaching,project thesis and so on.
