摘　　要：植物基因组单核苷酸多态性是植物功能基因组研究的重要方向之一。介绍了植物中单核苷酸多态性的分布,并对其在植物遗传研究中的应用进行了详细的综述,在此基础上,对未来的研究提出了一些建议。Study on plant genome SNP（ Single Nucleotide Polymorphism）is an important direction of plant functional geuomics. The distribution of SNP in plant were introduced. Moreover, the applications of SNP in plant genetic were summarized in detail. On this basis, some suggestions were put forward.
