摘　　要：住院医师/专科医师培训考试考核既是检验培训基地教学效果和培训质量,又是检验受训学员的职业道德、医学理论、临床知识和实践技能水平和能力的唯一必要手段。而实行全国统一的理论笔试和实践技能考核是客观、公正、公平的反映培训效果和质量的形式。Residency/diplomate＇ s training test provides not only a good approach to evaluate the achievement and the quality of the training center＇s education, but also a indispensable method to examine the professional ethics, medical ethics, clinical knowledge, ability and skills of clinica practice of the trainee. Therefore, implementing of national standardized test, including paper-based test and clinical skills test, can assess the achievement and quality of the training objectively and justifiablely.
