摘 要:目的为系统观察中华硬蜱成虫叮咬蜱抗原免疫接种组和佐剂对照组宿主后中肠上皮形态学动态变化。方法选用中华硬蜱叮咬唾液腺抗原免疫接种组0兔和佐剂对照组兔,分别在叮咬后24h、48h、72h以及第5、8天电镜下观察中肠上皮形态学变化。结果中华硬蜱叮咬唾液腺抗原免疫接种宿主后,蜱中肠上皮遭到较严重程度的损伤和破坏,消化细胞表面微绒毛减少、变短、排列不整,细胞内粗面内质网扩张,线粒体嵴减少,高铁血红素颗粒及脂滴较对照组明显减少,基底迷路系统空泡化,基膜变性、松散和断裂等。而对照组蜱中肠消化细胞发育正常。讨论结果提示在蜱抗诱导的宿主抗蜱免疫作用中,蜱中肠是主要损伤部位,中肠的病理损伤是蟀吸血、生殖能力变化的病理学基础。Aim in order to observe the morphological changes in the midgut-epithelium of Ixodes sinensis after infesting on hosts inmunized with ticks antigens (SGA) and adjuvant control group. Methods The electron micrograhic changes in midgut epithelium of Ixodes sinensis feeding on SGA group and control group hosts were observed, following attachment at 24h, 48h, 72h, 5d and 8d. Results The results showed that following attachment to the host immunized with SGA, the midgut of tick revealed markedly pathologic changes. Compared with the control group, the microrilli of digestive cells decreased, shortened and disarranged. At the same time,the rough endoplasmic reticulum were extended, with the crests of mitochondria reduced, and hematin granules,lipid grannies also reduced after 24─ 72h. Basal labyrinth system was vacuolized. The basal lamina became thinner, looser and broken. In brief, these results suggest that tick midgut cells were the first poinst of contact between the tick cells and host immunological responses. The pathological changes mainly existed in the midgut of ticks, and it provided pathological bases for chances in homatophaia and reproduction.
