摘　　要：浙江民营企业集群在推动浙江区域经济的发展中功不可没,但也面临着诸如产业层次较低,产品技术含量较低,产品档次不高,附加值不高等现象。因此,浙江民营企业集群升级势在必行。本文在概述了浙江民营企业集群发展现状的基础上,分析了其升级的必要性并提出了可行性对策。Zhejiang civil-owned Enterprises cluster s have played a very important role in zhejiang economy. But they are confronted with low industry degree, low technology, low quality and so on. Therefore, it is significant for them to promote. Based on the analysis on the present situation of . Zhejiang civil-owned Enterprises clusters, this article has provided some countermeasures.
