生物表面活性剂及其在环境工程中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了生物表面活性剂的种类性能及其在试验室中的性能研究,叙述了近几年来其在环境保护方面应用于重金属去除、油泥脱油和促进疏水性难降解有机污染物降解的作用机理,提出了在该领域中有待解决的问题并作出了展望。认为要重视生物表面活性剂的生物毒性研究,寻找毒性小、安全性高的微生物是今后研究的重点。The kinds, characteristics and lab research ofbiosurfactant were briefly introduced, and the recent research ofbiosurfaetant in environment protecting about removing of heavy metal, oil removing from oil slug of petroleum industry, and promoting mechanism on degradation of hydrophobie refractory organic pollutants were reviewed, problems existing in this field is raised and prospection were made,that researchers should focus on the bio-toxicity ofbiosurfactants, and look for microorganism with low toxicity and high safety.
