摘  要:针对四角切向燃烧SG2026/17.5型锅炉的汽包水位偏差问题,通过燃烧器摆角试验和燃烧器挡板开度试验,研究了燃烧工况变化对汽包水位偏差的影响.结果表明:摆动燃烧器角度对水位偏差有影响,且具有明显的规律;OFA、FF、EF开度不宜小于50%;OFA、FF、EF风门关小与BC层风门挡板开大有相似的效果,均可达到加强炉内气流旋转强度的目的.建议在应急时可通过燃烧器摆角来调节水位偏差,以优化运行.Aiming at the problem of steam drum water level deviation of corner tangential firing SG2026/ 17.5 boiler, effect of combustion condition variation on steam drum water level deviation was studied by tests of changing tilting angle and damper opening of the burners. Results show that the tilting angle of burner has obvious and regular effect on water level deviation. The openings of OFA, FE and EF shouldn 't be lower than 50%. Decreasing the openings of OFA, FE and EF air dampers has similar effect of strengthening spin intensity in the furnace with increasing the opening of BC air damper. It is suggested that water level deviation can be controlled by changing tilting angle of the burner in emergency to optimize operation.
