摘　　要：《关于实行党政领导干部问责的暂行规定》是为保证党政领导干部正确用权、尽职尽责而建立的一套行之有效的权力监督和制约机制。它明确了问责的根本目的、法律依据和主要对象,规定了责任追究的具体内容和基本程序,指出了问责后的主要影响及救济措施。这无疑是加强了党政领导干部的问责力度,拓展了问责适用范围,把问责进一步纳入了制度化、规范化的轨道,是从一般行政问责制向党政领导干部问责制的深化。Interim Provisions for the Accountability of Party and Government Leading Cadres is an effective power supervision and restriction mechanism to ensure a proper power application of the Party and government leading cadres. It specifies basic aim, legal basis and main objects of accountability, stipulates specific content and fundamental procedures to assign the responsibility and points out main influence and relief measures after that. This undoubtedly strengthens the force, broadens the application scope and makes accountability systemized and standardized, which leads general administrative accountability to the accountability system of the Party and government leading cadres.
