摘 要:采用热水浸提法对竹黄菌丝体多糖的提取工艺条件进行优化,以多糖得率为评价指标,选用单因素试验和L(93)4正交试验法,考察浸提温度、浸提时间、料水比、浸提次数、醇沉倍数等5个因素对竹黄菌丝体多糖得率的影响。结果表明提取竹黄菌丝体多糖的最佳工艺条件是:浸提温度100℃、浸提时间2h、料水比1:80、提取3次、3倍乙醇沉淀,此条件下多糖得率可达到15.69%。Experiments were designed to study the technical condition of water soluble polysaccharides extraction from mycelia of Shiraia sp. SUPER-H168. The optimal process was studied with yield and content of poysaccharide by single factor tests and L9( 3^4) orthogonal test to show the effects of temperature, time, ratio of materials and times on extraction of polysaccharides. The experimental results showed that the optimum technological conditions were, temperature 100 ℃, the total time 2 h, solid-liquid ratio 1:80, times of extraction 3 and the quantity of ethanol was 3 times of the volume of polysaccharides filtrate. The extraction yield could be up to 15.69 %.
