区域主导产业选择存在问题研究

摘　　要：区域主导产业选择主要存在两方面的问题:一是关于区域主导产业的概念没有定论,二是选择基准设置不当。从本质上说,区域主导产业就是区域性主导产业。因此,区域主导产业的选择不仅要立足于区域要素禀赋结构,而且要反映主导部门的产业属性,即选择基准的设置要体现区域性和产业属性。There are two problems of choosing regional leading industry： first the conception of regional leading industry is indefinite, second choosing criteria were not set properly. In essence, region＇ s leading industry is regional leading industry. Therefore choosing regional leading industries not only base on region＇s factor endowment structure but also reflect the nature of leading industry, which represent characters of both region and leading industry.
