摘　　要：先天性大疱性鱼鳞病样红皮病是一种常染色体显性遗传病，主要由角蛋白1和角蛋白10基因点突变引起。作者采用自制硼酸蓖麻油外用全身皮损，0．025％维A酸霜外用痂壳处皮损，头皮予生理盐水湿敷脱痂，取得满意疗效。Loud inborn blister nature fish scale disease and one kind of red leather diseases are a kind of autosome dominant hereditary disease, Mainly caused by 10 genes and some mutation of 1 keratin and keratin.
