摘 要:基于紫外-可见光谱,探寻了一种综合表征烟草品种内含化学成分整体差异性的方法.通过采用相关模式识别技术,对红大、K326和云系列烟草品种的光谱特征进行提取,以达到鉴定和区分它们的目的.研究结果表明:①800-791,787-778,676-657,527-518 nm和295-286 nm(60 nm),表现了红大与K326、云系列的整体差异性;②792-783,666-657,620-611,551-542 nm和365-346 nm(60 nm),表现了K326与红大、云系列的整体差异性;③710-701,676-657,574-565,375-366,335-326 nm和285-276 nm(70 nm),表现了云系列与红大、K326的整体差异性.A method that could roundly express the total differences of the chemical components of tobacco varieties was reported based on UV-VIS spectroscopy.With referring pattern recognition technology,the spectral features to identify and distinguish the Hongda,K326 and Yun series varieties were extracted.The results showed that:(a) five feature waves ranged at 800—791,787—778,676—657,527—518 nm and 295—286 nm with 60 nm long could express the total features of Hongda different from K326 and Yun series.(b) five feature wave ranged 792—783,666—657,620—611,551—542 nm and 365—346 nm with 60 nm long could express the total differences of K326 from Hongda and Yun series;(c) six feature waves ranged 710—701,676—657,574—565,375—366,335—326 nm and 285—276 nm with 70 nm long could express the total differences of Yun series refered to Hongda and K326.
