摘　　要：各国劳工标准的不同在一定程度上会产生贸易转移的效果,但在不遵守国际劳工标准的国家是否应受到贸易制裁的问题上,发达国家与发展中国家难以达成一致。欧美国家在国际贸易中推行国际劳工标准的实践会对安徽省对外贸易产生影响,安徽省应采取法律措施应对这一问题。The difference of different countries labor standards to some extent has led to some trade diversion,but developed countries and developing countries have a disagreement on the problem that whether countries which don t abide by the international labor standards should accept trade sanction.The practice of labor standards in international trade which is implemented by countries of EU and USA can affect foreign trade of Anhui Province,so we should take legal measures coping with the problem.
