摘 要:通过界面聚合方法,在水包油体系中以聚氨酯为囊壁材料将香精包覆形成一种微胶囊,考察了乳化剂用量、搅拌速度对微胶囊的形成、粒径大小和分布及对微胶囊包埋率和缓释性能的影响,确定了制备缓释型香精微胶囊的最佳工艺条件,用红外光谱表征了香精及其微胶囊的包裹情况,并用紫外分光光度计测定了其缓释性能,将制得的香料微胶囊在毛巾和棉布上进行芳香整理。Fragrant microcapsules (MC) were prepared by interfacial polycondensation in O/W (oil/water) system with polyurethane (PU) as the outer membrane. The influence of dosage of emulsifier and stiring speed on the forming of microcapsule,particle size and its distribution,controlled release properties,and the embed ratio of MC was investigated. The optinum parameters for micro-encapsulation of fragrant jasmine were obtained.The structure of the resulting microcapsules are observed by IR,and the sustained-release properties of the microcapsules were studied by UV spectrophotometer. Aromatic finishing of cotton and towel fabrics was carried out with the prepared microcapsules.
