摘　　要：目的:通过观察槲皮素对宫颈癌HeLa细胞nm23 mRNA的表达水平,分析槲皮素体外诱导HeLa细胞凋亡的机制。方法:按槲皮素浓度分为10,20,40μmol/L和空白对照组、溶剂对照组,分别培养24,48,72 h后,采用逆转录-多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测细胞内nm23 mRNA的表达水平。结果:20,40μmol/L槲皮素组在24,48 h时HeLa细胞nm23 mRNA的表达分别较空白对照组、溶剂对照组明显上升(均为P<0.01)。结论:槲皮素可能通过促进转移抑制基因nm23的表达而发挥抗肿瘤作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of the quercetin on the expression of nm23 mRNA in HeLa cell line and to discuss the possible mechanism of inducing apoptosis of HeLa cells in vitro.Methods： HeLa cells were incubated in vitro with or without the treatment of quercetin at different concentrations（10,20,40 μmol/L）,after 24,48,and 72 hours,the expression of nm23 mRNA was detected respectively by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）.Results： After 24 and 48 hours,the expression of nm23 gene in quercetin-treated group at 20 μmol/L and 40 μmol/L was significantly higher than that in control group and menstruum group respectively（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Inhibitory of quercetin on HeLa cell line may be dependent on the promoted expression of nm23 gene.
