摘　　要：射频消融术、冷冻消融术和经动脉栓塞术是安全、有效的微创介入治疗技术,目前临床上已广泛采用,主要用于肝脏恶性肿瘤的治疗。然而这些技术在治疗肾脏肿瘤方面仍处于起步阶段,因此本文综合介绍了上述各种微创治疗方法的技术原理、基本设备及在肾癌治疗方面的临床应用,潜在的并发症和疗效评价等有关问题。Radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation and intra-arterial embolization which have been proven to be safe, effective and minimally invasive, are widely used techniques mainly for treating liver tumors. However, they are still in the initial stage in the treatment of renal tumors. This article briefly introduced the technical development, principle and equipment of the techniques mentioned above, and also summarized the relevant fundamental research as well as clinical application, potential complications, imaging monitoring and effect evaluation of those treatment modalities.
