五子衍宗汤对Leber遗传性视神经病变患者线粒体基因突变比率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药五子衍宗汤对Leber遗传性视神经病变(LHON)患者线粒体基因突变比率的影响。方法将符合要求的30例LHON患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服五子衍宗汤及辅酶Q10片,对照组口服辅酶Q10片,疗程90天。观察治疗前后患者外周血白细胞线粒体基因突变比率。结果治疗前后两组线粒体基因突变比率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后2组mtDNA突变比率差比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五子衍宗汤及辅酶Q10均能降低LHON患者线粒体基因突变比率,但五子衍宗汤联合辅酶Q10组的疗效优于单纯辅酶Q10组。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Wuzi Yanzong Decoction of mitochondrial DNA mutation ratios in patients with Leber hereditary optic neuropathy （LHON）. METHODS We separated the 30 patients of LHON consistent with our diagnostic criteria into two groups： The treatment group took the Wuzi Yanzong Decoction and coenzyme Q10. The control group took coenzyme Q10. The period of clinical trial was 3 months. Before and after the clinical trial we tested the mitochondrial DNA mutation ratios of peripheral blood white cells of the patients. RESULTS The mitochondrial DNA mutation ratios were reduced significantly of both groups after the trial（P〈0.05）.The change of the treatment group was more dis- tinct（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Wuzi Yanzong Decoction or coenzyme Q^o could reduce mitochondrial DNA mutation ratios for the patients with LHON. But the therapeutic effect of the Wuzi Yanzong Decoction and coenzyme Q10 group was more predominant than that of coenzyme Q10 group.
