摘　　要：慢性单纯性青光眼系一种不可逆致盲性眼病,致病机理极为复杂,而药物或手术尚不能完全阻止青光眼性视神经损害的进一步发展;近年来,采用中医经络原理的针刺疗法作为青光眼的补充治疗正日益受到重视,但无论是其临床和基础研究均亟需深化。本文就国内外采用针刺治疗青光眼的研究现状与存在问题作一综述。Primary open-angle glaucoma is a kind of ocular disease causing irreversible blindness, which bears complicated pathogenesis. Currently, neither the anti-glaucomatous remedy nor the surgery can completely halt the further deterioration of the glaucomatous optic atrophy. Recently, acupuncture based on traditional Chinese medical channels and collaterals is gradually accepted as complementary or alternative medicine （CAM） for glaucoma, whereas it＇s clinical and basal research needs to be further developed. This paper reviews the status and problem of the glaucomatous acupuncture treatment at home and abroad.
