摘  要:目的评价含有复合除渍活性成分—焦磷酸钠盐和钾盐(含量为6.0%)的除渍美白牙膏对外源性色素的预防、去除效果。方法实验组和对照组分别使用含有和不含有该复合除渍活性成分的同种牙膏。采用羟基磷灰石粉末作为底物,红茶和香烟作为外源性色素,用这两种牙膏浆的上清液预处理羟基磷灰石粉末,减少粉末对色素的吸附;用牙膏浆的上清液处理预先染色的粉末,使其褪色。通过比较颜色褪去的深浅来评价其预防、去除外源性牙渍的效果。结果和对照组牙膏比较,实验组牙膏上清液处理过的羟基磷灰石粉末防除渍E值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含有复合除渍活性成分的除渍美白牙膏可以有效地预防、去除外源性色素。Objective To evaluate in laboratory the stain prevention and removal efficacy of Whitening Dentifrice, containing the complex stain removal active components--sodium and potassium salts of pyrophosphate acid ( 6.0% ), for extrinsic chromogens. Methods Dentifrice with or without the stain removal components was used in the experimental or control group, respectively. Powdered hydroxyapatite, black tea and tobacco were served as the extrinsic chromogens. Pre-treatments with the dentifrices' supernate reduced the chromogen adsorption to powdered hydroxyapatite, while post-treatments of pre-stained powder resulted in desorption of the chromogens. The effect of the stain prevention and removal was evaluated by comparing the degree of powder's decoloration. Results Comparing with the control, the powdered hydroxyapatite treated with the dentifrice containing stain-removal-components in the experimental group had a higher stain prevention and removal E value, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Whitening Dentifrice containing the complex stain removal active component can prevent and remove the exogenous chromogens effectively.
