中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎实验研究述评

摘　　要：中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎取得了一定的临床疗效,在实验研究方面也取得了显著的进展。分析了近年来中药复方、单味药以及针灸治疗实验性胆汁反流性胃炎的作用机制,并进行了概括总结,并从机制研究思路、实验指标、实验模型方面提出了一些值得思考的问题,指出通过动物实验,确定中医药的疗效,探讨其作用机理和作用的物质基础,对于推进中医药的现代化有着重要意义。Clinic effect has been achieved in the treatment of patients with bile reflux gastritis through the traditional Chinese medicine. Remarkable improvement has also been obtained in the experimental research. This article analyses the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound, simple and acupuncture in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis and also makes a summary and raises some questions worthy of consideration about the way of research into mechanism, laboratory indexes and model. It has pointed out that it＇s of significance for the modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine to confirm the curative effect, probe into its mechanism and basis of action through experiments on animals.
