祛湿止痒颗粒药效学实验研究及机制探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床上用于治疗湿疹的祛湿止痒颗粒是否有止痒、抗炎和调节机体免疫等药理学作用并探讨其治疗湿疹的作用机制。方法:观察祛湿止痒颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的影响;对小鼠接触性湿疹模型的影响;对磷酸组织胺致豚鼠瘙痒模型的影响;对大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应模型的影响。结果:祛湿止痒颗粒具有抗小鼠急性炎症的作用;对有小鼠接触性湿疹模型有一定的治疗作用;对磷酸组织胺致豚鼠瘙痒模型有一定的治疗作用;能抑制大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应模型大鼠皮肤蓝斑的形成。Objective： QuFengZhiYang Granule has the function of clearing away heat and cooling Blood, eliminating dampness and stopping itching. Linical for the treatment of eczema are there anti- inflammatory, antipruritic, regulating immune function role of pharmacology. And to investigate the mechanism of the treatment of eczema. Methods ： Buih the animal model of anti-inflammatory effect coused by dimethylbenzene. To observe the ear swelling. Used mouse models of DNCB to make animal model of Type IV allerge. To observe the effects of QuFengZhiYang Granule on itching threshold value with histamine in guinea pigs. Used passive cutaneous anaphylaxis （ PCA ） to make animal model of Type I allerge. Result： QuFengZhiYang Granule is a very promising compound for the treatment of eczema medicine.
