摘　　要：目的：研究牛奶中三聚氰胺检测的前处理方法。方法：分别考察了22种不同溶剂对牛奶进行前处理,建立了新的牛奶前处理方法。结果：在添加浓度1-100 mg/kg范围内,三聚氰胺回收率在95%-105%之间,相对标准偏差小于1%。结论：该方法操作简便、快速、准确,所用溶剂价格低廉,无毒无害,便于推广。Objective：To study the pre-treatment method of the determination of the melamine in milk.Methods：The twenty-two different solvents were used for pre-treatment and the new pretreatment method of milk was established.Results：In the range of 1～100 mg/kg,the melamine recovery was between 95% and 105% and the relative standard deviation was less than 1%.Conclusion：The pre-treatment method is convenient,rapid,accurate,cheaper,non-toxic and easy to promote.
