摘  要:依据ISTA的A-PAGE标准方法,摸索出一套适合国产仪器及药品快速、准确、经济、实用的麦醇溶蛋白指纹图谱绘制技术,克服了国内其它改良方法剥胶困难、分辨率不高、实验效率较低的弊病,并对谱带识别方法进行了改进,为我国小麦核心种质指纹图谱的绘制及品质分析和品种鉴别等方面提供了可靠技术手段。According to the APAGE standard method issued by ISTA, an improved methOd dis-cussed in this study has the advantages of higher efficiency, more accuracy and economization, which make it a practical rnethod fOr mapping gliadin fingerprints with home-rnade elec-trophoretic instrumnts and reagents. It overcame the problems existing in other APAG meth-ods, such as difficulty of stripping, low resoving poWer and exPerimental efficiency, the way ofband identification was also improved. bo this study could provide a realiable technique forrnapping 'fingerprint' of domestic central germplasm and applying in the fields of wheatgermplasm resources research, analysis of parental relations, grain trade, variety identificationand bo processing as well.
