摘 要:以大黄酸(RH)为印迹分子,大孔壳聚糖为功能载体,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,制备大黄酸的分子印迹聚合物(MIP)。通过固相萃取和HPLC评价MIP对大黄酸的选择性分离。结果MIP与非印迹聚合物(NIP)相比,对大黄酸表现出较高的选择性和识别性。使大黄酸的质量分数由16.55%提高到95.12%。并利用Freundlich和Langmuir等温吸附模型描述MIP对大黄酸吸附的平衡等温线。A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared using rhein(RH) as imprinted molecule, macroporous chitosan beads as functional matrix and methacrylic acid as functional monomer. The obtained molecularly imprinted polymers were evaluated by solid phase extraction and HPLC with respect to their selective recognition ability for rhein. MIP exhibited higher selectivity and recognition ability for rhein in a mixture of RH-MIP than non-imprinted polymer (NIP) , and the content of rhein was increased from 16.55 % to 95.12 %. Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models were applied to describe the equilibrium isotherms of rhein adsorbed by MIP.
