摘  要:结合我校建筑工程技术专业的实验实训教学改革,浅谈根据高职高专建筑工程技术专业的培养目标,分析和确定其职业岗位能力,把专门能力与职业关键能力的教学目标有机地结合在一起。通过校内外实训基地建设,加大实验实训方式方法与手段改革,在实验实训课程中渗透职业关键能力的培养,并结合课程内容形成职业关键能力的实践教学体系,并在高职高专实验实训课程中实施工学结合,以达到培养合格的实用型复合人才的教学目标,满足社会的需求。Based on experimental training of teaching reform about architecture engineering technology major in our school, the discussion on training objectives of vocational architecture engineering technology major was taken; the analysis and identification of professional competence were presented. The key to the specialized capabilities and teaching objectives of professional capacity were organically combined. By the construction on internal and external training bases, means of training and experimental reform were increased, the key to the cultivation of professional were penetrated in the training courses experimental ability and experiments with the implementation of engineering in the vocational training course; In order to achieve the practical training of qualified professionals combined with teaching objectives to meet the needs of the community, the cultivation of key competencies and the practice of vocational education system were integrated.
