生长调节物质及不同调控措施对烤烟香气质量的影响

摘　　要：通过大田试验,研究了生长调节物质及不同调控措施(顶部5片叶喷施,全株喷施)对烤烟香气质量的影响.结果表明,喷施生长调节物质对烟叶致香成分积累有一定促进作用,但不同调控措施作用效果不同.其中以生长调节物质稀释250倍全株喷施可提高烟叶新植二烯含量及总量;稀释500倍全株喷施可增加新植二烯以外致香成分含量;生长调节物质稀释250倍全株喷施可提高烤烟类胡萝卜素类致香成分含量,稀释500倍全株喷施可显著提高烟叶苯丙氨酸类和类西柏烷类致香成分含量,并对棕色化产物类积累有利.感官评吸也以稀释250倍和500倍全株喷施两处理较好,并以稀释500倍全株喷施效果最好.A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of growth regulation substances and regulation measures on aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that the aroma components accumulation were improved after the flue-cured tobacco were sprayed with the growth regulation substances,but the different regulation measures produced different effects.The treatment of spraying the whole plant with growth regulation substances diluted by 250 times could improve the contents of neophytadiene,total aroma components and carotenoid;the treatment of spraying the whole plant with growth regulation substances diluted by 500 times could improve the contents of all aroma components except neophytadiene,and significantly improve the contents of phenylalanine and cembranenoid,this treatment was also favorable for the accumulation of browning reaction products.The two treatments above were also had better smoking quality,and the latter treatment was the best.
