摘　　要：为了了解高职顶岗实习学生的情况,课题小组对健雄职业技术学院2005、2006级顶岗实习学生进行了跟踪调查,掌握了顶岗实习中存在的问题,并提出了应用PD-CA循环法逐步解决存在的问题,从而构建人才供应链培养模式。The student is to understand the situation of vocational Dinggang, subject group jianxiong college 2005、 2006 class Dinggang internship conducted a follow-up survey of students mastered Dinggang problems in practice and put forward the application PDCA cycle method to solve problems step by step in order to build the supply chain, human resources training mode.
