摘　　要：目的:了解专家对我国卫生事业管理专业课程体系建设的意见和建议,进一步完善该专业课程体系。方法:遴选全国33位卫生管理的专家,收集分析专家对卫生事业管理专业课程体系建设的相关意见。结果:专家十分重视管理类课程,课时数的配置相对较多。57.1%的专家认为医学类课程可归为基础医学、临床医学、预防医学。专家注重实用性强的课程工具课的开设。建议:增加管理类课程模块的课时数,适当精简和整合医学课程时数;优化课程设置的结构,对重点科目加以重点学习,摒弃一些专家认为重要性和实用性都不强的课程,合理安排课时。Objectives：To find out experts＇ suggestions and recommendations on improving health management course system.then sug- gest a reasonable and scientific curriculum programme.Methods：We selected 33 experts who specialized in health management in our country, then collected their advices about health management course system.Results：Experts attached great importance to management courses in which class hours were advised to assign relatively high.57.1% experts considered that medical courses should consist of basic medical,clinical medicine,preventiye medicine.And experts focus on setting practical courses.Conclusions：Increasing management curriculum class hours,re- ducing the class hours of the medical courses;Optimizing the structure of curriculum to focus on the study of the key subjects,getting rid of some courses which are unimportant and usefulless,and arranging class hours more reasonable.
